What time should I arrive?

Check in with your own travel plans first. Thursday dinner is planned for 7pm at Jaya, so allow a buffer for airport traffic and hotel check-in.

What should I wear?

Daytime is beach-ready and breathable. Dinner is polished but not formal. The Outfit Guide uses blue, cream and white as a direction, not a mandate.

What do I need for the boat?

A swimsuit, cover-up, sunscreen, sunglasses and a photo ID are a good starting point. Confirm final charter instructions before the weekend.

During the weekend

How are we getting around?

Walk for nearby Miami Beach plans and use rideshare for off-site dinners. Give the group at least 15 minutes before a scheduled departure on the itinerary.
